    - Letter of Reference by my immediate supervisor of my second/current work unit
    - An explanatory letter on why the Letter of Reference for my work experience in the current employer is not chopped with the official seal
    - Other proof of my work experience in the current work unit
    10. Personal Income/Salary Tax Receipts
    -No receipts. An explanatory letter.
    11. Settlement Fund
    - Bank Certificate of Deposit of XX, XXX US$
    12. Police Clearance Certificates
    - Notarized certificates of no criminal conviction records for myself (the principal applicant) and my wife
    - Explanatory letter: why such a certificate for myself for the period I worked in Ethiopia is not available.
    13. Fee Payment
    - Bank Draft of HK$5720 as Immigration Processing Fee for my family of 3
