    • using about 40 degree water and keep warm. you will get it. Don't over 50 degree. Enjoy your life!
    • 有多种原因:1如屋里气温太低,发面所需时间就会长一些。2前次的面发的不够好,如用它做老面自然也发不好面了。3如用老面发面,不要用太热的水泡老面。试试instant yeast 吧,很快又省事。
