        use the original material (patents, documents and codes) from your company. They can not prevent you from making a similar product by yourself. An idea has no copy right if it is not patent.

          我是在公司源代码的基础上作的，不过偶们小公司，程序没注释，没文档，没资料，没专利。我们作的是一个公开的国际标准，标准里有程序框架，算法的流程图。我打算干的是优化耗用程序70%时间的那个模块的速度，让它比原来快至少5-10倍。这该算实质性的了吧，不快这么多我也拿不出手卖呀。
