    我在从北京过来到温哥华的时候忘了一个包在飞机上 落地进海关之后 机场人员让我到多伦多再申报 现在多伦多给我的电话怎么也打不通 18886892247 永远没人接 想打去温哥华问一下 有人知道么？ 狠感谢

      1. At Toronto airport, when u found ur bag missing,u should make a report to baggage service account and they will give u a 10-character file reference number and a phne no
      2. After u get home.call the phone no and tell them ur bag information (color,type,what's in ur bag and so on) and the reference no.The number is 24 hours ,so call them at anytime and don't hang up until someone picks up! Itmay take long time even in midmight.
      3. After u call them ,go to the website

      ,u can see ur tracing status and the important thing is:if u canrecall some new things in ur bad,u can add them to that website.
      4. when they find the bag,they will call u and ask a dlivery company to send bags to ur home withot charge
      5.if they cannot find that bag finally,air canada will pay u big money.so don't worry
