No need to spend time on Math right now. Better to learn more English. Kids in Grade 5 here should be 11 years old, their level of Math is lover than their counterparts in China, probably equivalent to Grade 2-3.

Publicly run elementary schools are all about the same. North York is said to have more good schools but again you shall be prepared for a Chinese surrounding which is not good for kids to learn English.
There is a school affiliated to UfT specially for gifted children which may require high tuition fees.
