    Cardholder responsibility
    (b)The Cardholder is responsible for all authorized or unauthorized use of the Card,Twin Cheque or Banance Transfer Cheque,however, if the Card is lost or stolen the Cardholder's liability for any unauthorized use of the Card to purchase goods and services from merchants shall be limited to $50.the cardholder shall not be liable for any unauthorized use of the Card which occurs after notification of loss or theft has been received by the bank.
