I want to apply the immigration visa for my parents and could somebody tell me the financial requirement for the sponsor? I mean, how much of the annual family income is eligible ?

depends on where you live. check the cic web site. there is a table within the sponsorship package listing the low income cut off amount in accordance to the regions.
