我觉得中国银行的汇票应该是可以接受的，我9月25号买的，9月26号寄出，10月上旬收到收据。 提醒一下：在买汇票时只些 Canadian Consulate General ，其它地址什么的一概不写

I think freeair was lucky cuz we actually sent our money order on early Oct. but was returned, so I guess they changed their policy around that time.

And we already heard lots of people have the same problem.
We actually asked one of our friends in US to make the payment to HK directly. The HK office should get my payment within few days, let's see what's happening.
