strongly suggest you come in DEC. though the weather is poor. but you could get some tax return in the coming year. My wife and I landed in the middle of last DEC and got about 500CAD tax return.

the Canadian tax form gives you this right return some individual consumer tax return whether you buy or not. only depends on the date of your landing. if you land on 1st Jan . same return rate. but they could get more in rental return.
