    • Knowing how to sale yourself is much more important than your technical skill. As long as you know how to sale yourself, doesn't matter what area you are good at, software or hardware, you will find your way to make a living here.
I am not suggesting technical skill is not important. You got to know something. Stick to what you good at, sale yourself based on that, you should be OK.
    • Study English hard. Some 70k to 100K a year is waiting for you. Networkworking positions require very high English Ability. You may either
can't find a job or find a very good one. All depends on your
English. For example, you must be able to tell what's wrong,
what you have done, and what remains. You also must be able
to tell what you think the problem would be and what you
wish the other party do for you. Plus, when you design, you
need to understand what your customer really needs. Unfortunately,
most of the time, people don't know or can't tell what they
need. And be able to let them know how you know them and what
you plan to do. In addition, you will also need to write technical
reports to explain topologies, functionalities and budget.

I would suggest you study English really hard.
