A multi-system TV is way more expensive than a normal TV. If you want, you may bring one from China.

Another solution is, get a good graphic card with TV in/out and support multi-system feature(Besids, your PC should be powerful enough). Anyway, sooner or later you need digital procedure to edit your favorite videos.
