Sorry, I do not know. At least they requir GRE score. And UoT is a very arrogant university.

I agree with you. U of T is very arrogant. I was required to send transcripts for preliminary assessment two months ago and just received the application package last week.

I have some friends who applied to UoT. After passing the preliminary process, sending out their transcripts & references, they did not get any reply from UoT. Finally, they went to USA and enrolled first class Universities such as MIT & Standford.

If you are in Canada now, I suggest you to visit those professors by yourself. You can not only get first hand information, but also give them some impress.

Visit several York Professors (if you don't want York). After you know
what a Profesor normally ask, prepare for it. Then visit U of T professors.

In my view, applying a graduate degree is same as finding a job. You can read those articles about job hunting. Then use the same methods to investigate your academic market.
