Here, you could get a G1 license for about 100CAD, and 8 months later, you could take a test and get your G2 license. During these 8 months, you'd better take a driving lesson. All these for G2 will costs about 400CAD. Even you have your license JUST before you come here, you will probably take a driving lesson here. So, take more time on other things: professional learning, and enjoy China.

在多伦多，花CN$3.00买一本考驾照的书（中文），看一晚上，第二天交CN$100.00考G1驾照（40题可错7道，非常容易通过），5、6个月后，再花CN$280上一个驾驶班，再交点手续费，从考G1时算起满8个月就可考G2。拿到G2就可自由上路了。 -zqdpiggy(piggy); 2001-2-10 (#25483@0)
