Hmm ... hop 5, 6, 7 doesn't necessarily mean bottleneck, they just don't send the reply back ... also your first hop is kinda take too long (minimum 30ms?) and vary a lot (30ms ~ 861ms?!), I don't understand ...

I'm using shaw cable. It all depends on the routes. I think using a proxy server is the only way to make it faster. See (#260463).
