2 BCIT
3 University College of the Fraser Valley (It is a college, but it gives BS degree. I really doubt the worth of its degree.)
4 Simon Fraser University
the first 3 school are not really good, but BCIT can make you have a useful skill for finding a job! Fraser Valley is a University College!
SFU is good, but hard to survive in that university!

Is it easy to get admission to SFU? Could you suggest a best place to get a BS in CS (except UBC)? I am thinking of whether to pay the application fee, as I cannot afford to pay $50-70 to each school. Thank you.

As for my knowledge, you don't need any computer background to pursue a BS degree in CS. Contact the admission office of SFU and/or UBC for the details.
