    我去年申请留学读硕，因为资金担保8月份不足被拒；经联系学校方面同意将我的入学申请延期一年，所以12月份我再次向大使馆提交了留学签证申请，但昨天我却收到了大使馆的体检表格，因为体检表有效期是一年，所以照说我去年的体检结果依然有效，不应该再次体检呀？我怀疑是大使馆方面弄错了，但因所在的城市离北京较远，不可能去大使馆说明情况，所以目前我只好发了一份传真去说明情况，但我很怀疑这种方式是否有效，请教还有其他更好的方法吗？

        The result of the medical exam is valid for 1 year. This ONE year is counted from the date you took the exam. If they visa office think they cannot issue the visa by the date that is 1 year from that date, or if they think you cannot enter Canada by that time, they will ask you to take the second medical exam.

        For example, if you took your last ME on May 31, 2000 and you are applying for a student visa starting Fall, 2001, you have to take the ME again.
