I had that before, but when I drove for a while (about 15 - 20 min) it disappeared. If yours is still there, you'll probably want to take it to an auto shop and have them inspect it.

Dennis, did you do some checks for your car then? I have the same problem right now with my car. It will generate some noise once it started and then disappear after a while.

Yes, I drove to the dealer immediately. But you know what, after I got there, the noise disappeared. The guy said there might be something got in to the wheel but somehow managed to get out after driving for a while.

If it makes the noise while your car is not moving, then it's a different kind of problem from mine. You'd better go to the dealer then.

Maybe the battery generating belt is worn out. It might be need to replace. The location is in front of engine close to the water pump and timing belt. Not cheap!
