    我以前也碰到这个问题，UNINSTALL IT， REINSTALL IT， N次后，INSTALLSHIELD正常。

          Do you use Java edition?
          I am using Java edition, so that I only know about Java.
          If you use Java edition, I think you can run you jar file in command line to see what error is.
          I met the same error before, I found there were deferent problem can make the same what you see. So run jar file first and see the error message.

        我使用Install Shield Professional windows installer edition 2.0。我对WINDOWS 系统的基础知识并不扎实。而且第一次用这个软件，就象摸石头过河。
        问题如下：我安装Install Shield后，没有注册（注册总是无法成功）。使用几次后，再打开Install Shield时，仅Install Shield本身的Flash窗口POP UP一下，Install Shield软件运行中止。
        我的计算机安装的是WINDOWS ME。
        我今天已UNINTALL， INSTALL 6次。

      • It is a legal version from my company. And I can not register successfully after I installed it. I checked Install Shield Website, it has been already registered. -lilyba(Sunshine); 2001-11-16 (#263793@0)
        • I install professinal windows installer edition 2.0 in Win NT 4.0(sp6) It's fine for my current situation. -ivy_sh(Ivy_sh); 2001-11-16 (#263847@0)
