    1.Where can you order an application kit?
    The application kit for a Returning Resident Permit used in Canada is only available by calling a CIC Call Centre.
    That means you can't get the application kit from the website http://cicnet.ci.gc.ca. There is only an application form on it.


    2.How to contact the CIC call center?
    If you are in Toronto, please call (416) 973-4444 . Agents are available Monday to Friday, 8 a.m.-4 p.m.

    3. How to order an application kit?
    The application kit is only ordered by an agent of the call center.
    That means you can't order the application kit by the automated telephone service. But CIC's automated telephone service can help you find the information on many Immigration programs as well as the website http://cicnet.ci.gc.ca.

        另外，你说的 SCARBOROUGH TOWN CENTRE 已经去过了，得到的结论一样，要从 CALL CENTRE 订KITS，当然我说的是在加拿大申请的情况。如果在国内办，可能情况不同。

            现在我的关键问题是不知道我准备好的材料应该寄到哪儿，moeny order 应该寄到哪儿？四处都查不到多伦多移民中心的地址。
            另外我是在多伦多，但要申请返加证的这个人已经回国多时了，我是帮别人办的。
