Refused
Most of us know this word. Here I introduce one of its usages. If the postman delivers some items (books, letters...) you do not want, you may get a marker and write "REFUSED" on their covers and have the postman bring it back. That's it.

This is very useful under current circumstance, especially if you know it might be anthrax powder. One of my friend received a letter from unkown sender, he wore an antiseptic mask then opened the letter outside.
