    每个人均有INTERVIEW失败的经验，
    都遇到过令人embarrasing的问题。
    何不拿出来交流交流？一起促进提高？

    我自己是搞IT的，现在“退休”，在充实
    提高中发现大家交流一些INTERVIEW问题
    很有用。

    比如，WHAT IS NORMALIZATION？WHAT IS
    THE PURPOSE OF 3RD NORMALIZATION？
    这是有关数据库设计的一个问题，你能用
    简洁的话正确回答么？

    我打算建一个网站，欢迎中高级水平的各位
    光临。

    现在还没有建，请大家多提意见。

    现在我自己搜集的问题包括VB，C/C++，
    VC++， COM/DCOM， MTS， WEB，
    SQL等。我不是学JAVA的，有没有人有
    兴趣当JAVA主持？

    不是不欢迎初学者，但是初学者实在有
    很多功课要补，虽然说大家都很聪明，
    但是IT补课可不是一朝一夕的事。对于
    某些技巧可以速成，但是IT发展了30年
    (从1970年UNIX算起)，3个月内掌握人家
    30年的东西总不好意思这么说吧？

        其实，很多IT企业或IT部门都不那么专业，
        MANAGER自己有多大本事只有天知道。

        找不到工作，有各方面的原因，语言啦，
        方向啦，性格啦等等。

        但是，作为一个打算在IT发展的，在IT 上
        做学问的，声称自己会XXX(相信你是真会)，
        但是却在XXX问题上被难住了，不是难堪
        的事么？

        另外，对于一些技术问题事先准备好，总
        比到时候嗑嗑吧吧地好吧？

        据我所知，现在技术INTERVIEW有考笔试
        的，有口头问的。同样一个问题有各种不
        同的提法。我们搜集INTERVIEW，就是要
        搜集问题的提法。

        比如，C++问题：WHAT IS MIXIN？

        现在我告诉你是C++问题，如果面试者突
        然问，是不是象听天书？

            what is mixin,
            in C++ term,
            a class publicly derives from another class and privately
            derives from a third class, then this class is called mixin.

            then another question, what's the use of mixin?
            hint: please refer to the book named "design pattern"

        normalization is the process of reducing repeat groups in a table.

            We always implement the normalization to the OLTP system, in which both the reading and writing activities are involved. Sometimes if we want to enhance the reading performance in some database system such as OLAP (datawarehouse,datamart), we have to do someting like de-nomalization. But no matter whether we de-nomalize or not, normalization should be implemented firstly during the designing process.

          看ROLIA上的IT，问题太杂太乱，没有好好组织。
          看看国内的站点，有很多很出色的技术讨论站，
          而在北美的就没有中国人自己的站点。

          当然，牛的DX可以去洋人站，但是，很多洋人站
          里面也是乱七八糟的，没有条理性。


          我现在想建设一个专门针对INTERVIEW的技术站点，
          注重以一两句话解决问题。将来大家去面试时，
          至少可以在前一天晚上把技术问题过一遍，作到大致
          心里有底。

          我希望IT中高级人士参加，不是来ROLIA 拉客。

          具体设想还在思考中，欢迎大家提建议。
