      但如果产妇痛感很很强，可能大夫会打一些止痛针，对胎儿没有什么影响，但会降低产妇的反映，有的时候会使过程更长。剖腹产，必须麻醉，这是个大手术，有的时候会做全麻。对胎儿基本没有影响，仅少数产妇认为会降低记忆力等，有一点点科学根据。

          I know 2 of our friends who are Chinese used it. None of them notice any significanrt side effect on both Mother and Baby.

          I was worried side effect too when my wife insisted on use it after her more than 16 hours fighting, and I refused to sign the paper. My wife graped the paper and a pen signed by herself without my approvement :-). She said it helped her a lot.
