If the TV can have Caption, you should be able to turn it on. Just configure the TV set-up menu of 'caption'

I am sorry I don't know. Do you have a user guide or TV spec. If your menu does not have Closed Caption in it, it probably means the TV

does not have that kind of function. However, I believe most of TV should be able to do it.
