where are you? if you want to sponsor her, you have to be in canada.
the place u have to file ur application used to be alberta since she's already here. CHECK www.cic.gc.ca please.

I know that Alberta's office processes visa renew for international students in Canada. But do they process immigration? I can't find any information about Alberta's office in www.cic.gc.ca. Do they have their own website?

I have phoned call centre. Yes, Alberta will accept the application. But they said it would take 16 months to process. And there will be an interview before P.R. granting. Would anyone pls give some examples about the interviews and processing period?
