It is called personal banker. If you get the CSC certificate, you may apply for that kind of position even without any local experience.

In my bank, the financial advisor has higher level than the personal banker. The major difference between them is the clients they are serving.

I'm working for the bank right now...btw... every bank has its own title... We hire external consultant to figure out the proper name for all the titles in the company.. So they are just marketing terms.

HSBC is not a major bank in Canada. Even National Bank is bigger than HSBC in term of assets. And we can never put HSBC at the same level as other five. because HSBC is just peanut compared to the other five.

Although I am not working for HSBC, HSBC is larger than any of those big 5 if you consider its international assets and I don't understand how you just take it as a "peanut".
We are talking about it in Canada.. if you say so, why dont' bring in citibank, Bank of America and other banks in? they all have operations in Canada. In Canada, HSBC is a small bank compared to the big 5.

CIBC used to offer me a job. So I like them. I always like the big5 because they always hire out coop students in Waterloo. HSBC is there once and it's HSBC Hong Kong, not even HSBC Canada.

Usually students in nursing get certificate before they graduate. As for immigration, the standards are different: BS degree + several years experience. I am not sure if hospital hire foreign nurses.
