On the package, just next to the weight range, it has a big number which actually indicates the size. What do you mean by "本来是刚出生的，据说比较大，要买10个月的，..."?

Then Size 4 is safer. Normally new-born babies can fit into Size 1(smallest ) for their first month only because they grow very fast at the very beginning. My son has been on Size 4 for more than two years.

:))). I suggest you buy size 1. Usually newborn babies use size NB. I checked the chart from my daughter's doctor and hope the following may be helpful:
