You can send email from "contact us". My wife is not asked to provide more stuffs. But still nothing new now. I am too tired of waiting. It would make me crazy.

Really! Sorry,I didn't use that. I don't think it is useful to write them emails. All I can do now is just trying to talk to my wife more often and to make both of us less lonely.
