Yeah, that's the way it is. Even though you have Acrobat, you still can't save it because the file is normally locked after development. So you are allow to fill, submit, print and that's about it.

Well, I'm in coop. business dress everyday and can't have colorful hair. I don't think any people in coop has colorful hair since it will look bad in interview.
