if i am color blind,can i get driver licence?is there a medical inspect in the procedure of application for driverlicence?

That may become a problem. When you apply the driver's license there is a test in your eyes by an equipment. IF you tell the clerk clearly what you've seen in the test you are okay. If not you may need to see a doctor before you get the lic.
