Then I changed to Bell. Only after one month, I changed back to 香 港 电 讯 since the quarlity of Bell is so bad. Not only this, Bell changes by minute not by second likes 香 港 电 讯. I think 香 港 电 讯 is a good choose.
Hong Kong Telecom is better, I think. I used it for quite awhile now...

香港电讯按秒计费，每月$1.95/15min，其它0.23/min to China, 0.09/min to US；城市电讯按分计费，每月$3.95/20min，其它0.19/min to China, 0.09/min to US ，if I do not remember wrong。综合起来价钱差不多（若每周一次China and US），通话质量香港电讯略好于城市电讯。
