          BTW: When Someone told me he/she is VB expert , I always ask Do you know VBPJ? If he/she dosn't know VBPJ, I would say he/she is most likely just a VB rookie.

          VBPJ need username/password (I subscribe it using 70USD). VBPJ is a well known magazine serve 3.5 million VB programmers all over the world from VB1.0. It is VB community's SCI. a lot of inspired article and Hi-quality-well-document-source code. such as VB vs. Delphi, VB high performance tunning strategy, VB Enterprise Application Award , VB vs. VB.NET, CORBA vs. COM, VB consultant Skill, VB in fortune 500 company , etc.

          Any VB programmer who can publish an article or source code there, will be recogonized as VB guru. They make good money, too.

          Well, My point is To be a Real Expert is easy to say( just open mouth) but hard to do, Even in VB field.

          VBPJ right now expand to different magazines include java/C++ etc. But still only VB part been recognized as world-class resource.
