      Could you try to use some other kind of Chinese system, or other version of Richwin?

      Also you may try Netscape instead of IE, or use another version of browser.

      There's always such kind of problem with Chinese. Poor Chinese!

      If you still cannot solve it, please let me know and provide some more details about your system.
