  • 枫下家园 / 电脑用户 / 请教一个有关Home Networking的问题：Share Folder between Windows 98 & Windows 2000. -bloor(不老); 2001-12-11 {569} (#293695@0)
    两台计算机（PW98SE和WIN2K Professional），用HomePNA相连，W2K连Rogers Cable，用MS的Internet Connection Sharing。两台机器配置在同一个Workgroup里。现在从W2K上可以看到/访问到98上共享出来的文件夹（包括CDROM）（Password Control Access）， 但从98上只能看到W2K的机器，但无法访问：

    双击W2K机器，提示输入密码才能访问\\xxxxx\IPC$，但无论我输入什么密码（Admin's, User's or Blank）， 总是说密码错误。

    我知道W2K的共享是基于用户的，而98的共享是基于口令的。但98应该是可以访问W2K的共享文件夹和打印机的，But How？

      • that's easy. The IPC$ is not a valid username. To creat a username and pw is my way to solve it. Heian also explained his way. -sq1(sq1); 2001-12-11 (#293729@0)

      • In a peer-to-peer network of win2k, you need set up a common username/ password and workgroup to be used by all computers of the network for sharing. This is one of security features, or limitations, of Win2k. -huimin(huimin); 2001-12-11 (#293916@0)

    • pls. make sure the acct on Win98 you are using has its counterpart on Win2k system with the same acct/passwd. Also pls. use "net use" to check the connection status for "\\<w2k machine>\IPC$" -noexit(省油的灯); 2001-12-11 (#293897@0)
