In general DBA means either Database Analyst or Database Administrator. Maybe the only difference between them is that the former focuses on designing and the latter spends more time on administration.

一般来讲，招聘DBA和招聘Programmer有很大的不同。前者更注重口头表达能力和实际解决问题的功夫。所以口试居多，也可能会有笔试。但不可能让你上机考。总不能让你在production server 上玩吧。
