I am going to apply the Canadian PR.... My question is I don't have a passport and I am in USA currently,Can I just get a Passprt from China
and let my fellows mail to me and use it to apply the PR? Is it possible?

if you lost it, you can contact the Chinese Embassy in U.S., tell them you lost your passport, and try to apply for a new one. If your passport is still in China, I'm curious how you entered USA without your passport.

I use the public Affairs Passport entered Usa,and the Emba...ppl won't give me renewing...so I have to get another one in China.
