Yeah... They want you to pay for their technical supports... iPlanet sucks in documentation part.... lots of things are not documented.

Not me.... my co-worker... he was sitting next to my cubical.. And I heard his conversation with iPlanet tech support which he got so frustrated about the documentation....

Yeah, after he told him the problem and gave the credit card number. They said "oh, we know the problem. It's not on the documentation YET" And then instruct him step by step. kinda funny to hear their conversation.
