Service of Roger@home much worse than Bell ADSL. you can test to call the service line for 1 hour, no one service you. But Bell much much faster.

I used sympatico before and now i am using rogers cable. I think Rogers cable is better since sympatico still need dial and some times 会掉线。而且sympatico的速度与住址和交换机站的距离有关。You can have a try!
