Royal Bank Gold Visa is a good visa. It covers insurance for renting car and also has travel accident insurance. No annual fee. But probably you need credit history to apply for it.

All gold visa has that! I have TD Gold and Citibank Plantium, all provide the same coverage. I don't see any big differences between them.

Royal Classic II or CIBC dividend are good. I also have a Royal Classic II. So far already got 125 gift certificates from the points I earned!

PC master card is very handy. I have one. There are 1% PC points. After getting $10, you can redeem it at grocery store.
