You can install AIX (a kind of UNIX from IBM) R4x or R5 on AS/400. It has more GUI tools than Sun Solaris.

OS/400 can be viewed as a kind of UNIX. OS400 may be more UNIX than some kinds of UNIX. You can find the comparision between OS400 and popular UNIX in AS400 Red Book.
