  • 枫下家园 / 理财投资税务 / No transaction fee 又可以累计积分的银行。偶有一个同事(native)以前在CIBC工作推荐的，现在公司里有一大半人都用这家银行。不敢独享，share给大家。(责任风险自负) -enjoylife(天天快乐的猪); 2001-12-18 {734} (#303187@0)
    全名叫：persident's choice financial. 它是CIBC下属的一家独立的银行，是和ING类似的没有branch的银行。http://www.preschoicefinancial.com/

    特点：
    1.) no transaction fee.
    2) saving 帐户利率很高，但取钱要先转入cheque帐户，24小时后取。
    3) no branch, 通过电话，Internet管理帐户。(英文不好的，要考虑一下，不过他们的服务态度非常好)
    4) 在loblaws, Dominion, nofrills, valuemart...等连锁店购物可积分，积分可兑换 free grocery，或换电影票，大约10000分换$10。
    5) 也有borrowing, mortages, RRSP, mutual funds, master card 等服务。而且可以积分。
    6) 可以使用CIBC的ATM机，所以比ING银行方便。
    7) 缺点：没有美元服务。

    偶还保留Royal Bank的帐户，但大部份transcation都转到这家银行了，搞得Royal Bank的sales都问我是不是对他们的服务有意见，hehe。

              • wrong answer. When you want to transfer money in, just doposit the check or cash at CIBC ATM, When you want to transfer money out, you write a check got from president choice, then deposit to other bank. -enjoylife(天天快乐的猪); 2001-12-19 {255} (#304031@0)
                It's as samilar as you transfer money from Royal bank to CIBC, how do you do that ? But the only differece is president choise's cheque is free and it's print very formally with your name and address, which you have to pay money for that in other bank.

            如果你credit不够，会hold几天，跟其它的银行一样。如果credit 比较好，就可以直接取。偶是直接存Pay roll, 还给了我 20000 bonus point。它的支票也是免费的，而且是印好你的名字和地址，很漂亮。好家活，一下子给我150张。

      它是正规的受政府保护的CIBC下属的银行，不是私人信用社。通过不设置Branch的方法降低费用，所以no transaction fee，cheque free，另外通过与Loblaws集团连营，给用户point，其实也是以此吸引客户到Loblaws购物。
