you need find a good location, deal with something such as labour relationship, marketing, finance, import seasoning(for example, Hua Jiao). You may not cook the same style as you did in Sichuan. That may limit your customer number. You also need to face somebody like officer, robber, and gang member (black society).
Being the boss of a Chinese restaurant is the most hard-working job in North America.
