    Because of changing cities, i sent away my computer with other parcels by Grayhound. & today after picking them up, I found some stuff outside of the computer fell apart. Then everytime I tried to put the computer on, I got a message saying "Pri Master HDD Error. Press F1 to resume."
    I checked the COMS settings & also opened the computer to check jumpers , slave drive...some other stuff. I found nothing weird though. Just it doesn't work.
    I'm really afraid that something like jumpers..was broken.

    What can I do next????? Is there anything else I am supposed to check??????

      • when i press F3 button--detect all HDD -------------it showed every HDD not installed :( -vividmei(vividmei); 2001-12-28 (#315285@0)
        • good news. So the hard disk was not demaged. Check and shake your computer and see if there is anything dropped out. If any jumpers was lost, you should be able to find an unused free on the MB or HDD's. Good luck. -gitar(lala); 2001-12-28 (#315312@0)

            • I suggest you remove all other HDD's and try to boot with the primary HDD (just disconnect the cables). And then add the other HDD's one by one. -gitar(lala); 2001-12-28 (#315343@0)
