you should take him to Animal clinic in Nong Ye Da Xue , and get a Vaccination Certificate. Then , Try to find the building directly facing the Gui You Da Sha in Dong Chang An Street. It's BeiJing Entry-Exit Inspection And Quarantine Bureau. They will give you an Animal Health Certificate.
When you landing , The officer will tell you how to do it.
