Can you tell me what's the error message? You should use "smtp.mail.yahoo.com" instead of "smtp" as the outgoing server for your yahoo account. It seems rogers doesn't allow to send mails for other mail servers.

It's done. "Email Address" of account must be @rogers.com address,"Reply address" could setup to @yahoo.com address. Now SMTP server is OK. But BCCing still has some problems.
