我们最近把长途服务从BELL转成别的公司了。前两天接到BELL一电话,象是质问我们似的问为什么转其他公司,当告诉他们因为更便宜时,他又问能便宜多少,问我们每个月能打多少钱。开始还想好好跟他解释,如果服务便宜,我们就不用电话卡了。没想到那家伙态度及其恶劣,一再问我们他不关心什么电话卡,一个月究竟能省多少CENT?气死我了,跟他说了一句,it's our choice, it's none of your business, 就挂了。试想国内象这样的大公司,服务哪有这样的。

BELL ask us to switch back the IDD service, and offer a FirstRate plan, 20 cent to China. I think its service is good.
