      Until now,graduate certificate get only 1 cent more than undergraduate certificate,and the key to immigrate Canada smoothly is your major and working experience.

          If your career is very hot,I mean Canada very need it,such as computer,or your working experience is very good,and you have had relatively high achievement in the field,which I think is very hopeful to succeed.
          But if no above situation,I think there's some problem.
