      我知道的一家中介公司，可以代理留学业务，就读这里的一家college，需要的条件是：申请费CND$200，不退，三至四个月办成，专业任选，需要付第一年的学费和生活费共约US$15,000，这一部分直接寄给学校，然后学校在第一学年内每个月返还生活费US$580，也就是说第一年的学费大约US$7,000。中介费US$1,500。在这里上学，一年以后可以更具自己的情况继续在COLLEGE读，或将学分转到U里去读学士学位。成功率几乎是100%。

      从我个人的角度，在现在根据新法案技术移民非常困难的情况下，通过留学出来还是比较好的选择。中介费比移民还要低。但我觉着太年轻了出来不好，自律性太差。一般到20一二岁的时候，各方面都比较成熟，直接出来学学士学位也还最够年轻，这是最好的年龄。

      However,they might accept you and let you take some extra English courses even though your TOEFL score isn't high enough,but at least you should take the test first.There is no way that you can get into U of T without even taking the test.
