Yes, the ATM of CIBC is widely enough. If you keep 1000$ in your account ,your service fee will be waived.

And I think the credit card of CIBC is the easiest to be obtained. I got one after 1 week since I got my offer. In other bank new immigrant must deposit some money to obtain a credit card no matter how much salary you got.
