Bank is bank, All you need is just finding a place to save your money. You can't say which bank is better. BUT, BRANCH MAKE A DIFFERENCE, Even they are under the same banking system, different branches provide different quality of service.

But in china maybe less ppl use Shenzhen development bank' s card, but more ppl use BOC's card.
So u know a big bank is much better than a small bank

CIBC,TD (Canada Trust) and Scotia are all very good

They have a lot of branches thoughout the city.
Sometimes conveniences are the first priority.
BMO has less branches. Royal is told having too many charged services.
I don't think so. I prefer Royal bank.
