$1.14 is the normal price. But if you are not with Bell for LD, you can get a promotion price ($.20 to China) for a year, then you'll be put back to the -jello(JELLO); 2002-1-19 {121} (#340116@0)
normal price. Also you can switch around any time during one year period, there is $1.25/mon charge for getting the plan.

先换到别的公司，然后BELL 会 WIN BACK 你回去，就会0。20了。试试别的公司吧，服务不错的。就是要小心检查BILL，他们会弄错的。估计是公司时间短，系统不完善所至。 -yvting90(小辣椒); 2002-1-19 (#340557@0)

LD means Long Distance, Basicly if you are not with Bell for Long Distance, you can get Bell's First Rate Winback Oversea Plan for .20/min -jello(JELLO); 2002-1-20 {277} (#341130@0)
to CHina for a year. Also get a calling card attached to your home line, so anywhere in Canada call to China, get the same rate .20/min. Then after a year, the rate will be back to normal ($1.14/min). If you are with Bell now for LD, you can only get the normal rate $1.14/min.
